PISTACHIO MILK

 

INGREDIENTS

(1 Serving/8oz cup)

 

- 1 oz of pistachio butter (2 tbsp) Raw or Roasted - Your Choice

- 8 - 10 oz of water

- 1 tbsp Sweetner (optional)

   - Agave Nectar

   - Honey

   - Cane Sugar

 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 Seconds or less.

 

* Natural Pistachio oils and water will separate fairly quickly without emulsifiers so it is recommend to drink within 5 min or continue to shake together.

 

If you would like to make a larger batch to last about a week we recommend adding Sunflower Lecithen and Xanthum Gum (can get it on Amazon for fairly cheap) . This gives a more milky texture while keeping the ingredients together. Both Products don't take away from the natural Pistachio flavor and are natural byproducts!
