- 2 oz of pistachio butter
- ½ cup of cilantro cut/chopped
- 3 tbsp of Coconut milk
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 1 tbsp green Onions chopped
- Pinch of salt and Pepper, your preference
Throw all ingredients into a blender for roughly 30 Seconds.
Add more coconut milk if you want a runnier dip, or pistachio butter to make it thicker.
